The Jackals brought home the Manchester Youth Super League Europa League trophy by beating De La Salle under-sevens boys in the final at Buxton FC.

It was an end-to-end game, with the blues coming out on top by the odd goal in 19, with Eliza scoring multiple times, including two from halfway, and Lila rounding things off.

Tilly had a stormer in goal, and was ably assisted by her defensive rocks – the double H partnership of Holly and Hallie.

Daisy helped out her team all over the pitch and the girls were absolutely thrilled to collect their winners medals after a successful season.

Coaches Liam and Scott are incredibly proud of how the team has flourished playing in a boys’ league and the ever-supportive parents were chuffed to see the smiles on the Jackals’ faces.

The girls are a credit to the club and are a great example of how strong the female football set up is at Marauders.
