At just nine-years-old Mack was diagnosed with leukaemia and his and his family's lives were turned upside down.
He has already lost much of his childhood to being in hospital or very poorly at home, unable to do the things he loves, including playing football for Marauders.
Now he is in the 'maintenance stage' of his treatment, his friends have come together to try and raise money for him to make new memories - for him to go to nice places and do nice things.
Coaches Lee and Adam, from Wolves, and Phoenix coach Brendan, have set up a Just Giving page with a fundraising target.

The coaches said: "Since being diagnosed in 2024, half a year of Mack’s life has been spent in hospital. He has been treated on nine different wards.
"He spent his tenth and eleventh birthday in a hospital bed and he has missed two Christmases whilst receiving treatment. This has been incredibly hard on Mack, his family and all who know him.
"As he moves into the maintenance stage of his treatment, we want to help Mack and his family begin to create new memories of a childhood away from the hospital beds and corridors.
Despite his illness Mack has raised money for charity Young Lives Versus Cancer, who help young people and their families at their times of need.
