Coach Ste said: "The Panthers put in a dominant first half display and could have been in the lead after two minutes with Jay going agonisingly close but being denied by the post.
"Five minutes later we hit the post again, this time James going so close.
"Panthers did take the lead after a a shot from Ollie fell to James who rocketed the ball home to make it 1-0.
"The lead only lasted a couple of minutes as B-Pro’s corner was cleared by Freddie only to hit another defender on the back and end up in our own goal 1-1.
"Moments before half time Panthers thought they had taken the lead again however for the third time they were denied by the post.
"The second half was end to end with Panthers maintaining control, however they could not get the breakthrough so the game finished 1-1.
"So we went to penalties and B-Pro hit all three of theirs like rockets giving David no chance and with Panthers missing one, the cup was gone.
It was heartbreak for the Panthers boys who gave everything.
"Player of the match, chosen by the referee, went to captain Freddie who put in another dominant performance in the heart of the Panthers defence."
