This will include trophy presentations, picture opportunities, a raffle, a chance to thank volunteers and food and drink will also be available to buy.
We have the venue from 10.45am until 6pm.
For fire safety and venue capacity purposes, people must confirm their attendance in advance please, by completing a form.
Please submit your response no later than Monday 15 June 2026.
Presentations
There will be trophy presentations for every match player in each team, with a couple of special awards too. Team managers have been given details of slot times for their side’s presentation, so if you are unsure please ask them.
The presentations will take place in the main back room, but people are welcome to spend time in the rest of the venue, where drinks and food are available.
After the presentations, people will leave the main room and move into the bar, where there will be a picture wall for teams to get squad or individual shots.

We will hold our annual raffle during the event.
Tickets will be distributed in advance and additional ones may be available on the day. Completed stubs, payment and unsold stubs are to be returned to your team coaches for collection by Thursday 25June.
We are pleased to confirm that this year's raffle includes:
- Cash prizes
- Donated prizes from local businesses and supporters
- Additional club prizes
Thank you to everyone who has donated prizes and supported the raffle.
Say Thanks Campaign
Behind every team is a group of volunteers who dedicate countless hours throughout the season to coaching, organising, supporting and helping our players enjoy football.
We are inviting players and parents/guardians to send a message of appreciation to coaches, volunteers and club officials who have made a difference this season.
Whether it's a short thank you message, a favourite memory or recognition of someone's hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
Selected messages may be shared with coaches and volunteers following the event.
